| Skillset invites Tenders for the provision of “green” (environmentally friendly) building tenancy cleaning services. |
| We are seeking a professional, cleaning company that is experienced in cleaning large tenancy buildings using “green” methods and products. The services are to be carried out at our new premises; Skillset's Flannery Centre, which is a new 5-star green-rated, purpose built education centre. The total area requiring cleaning is 1850sqm, incorporating office space, classrooms and general mass areas. The proposed contract will be initially for one year, with an option for another extension. Tender applications should include a statement addressing the selection criteria and requirements.
