We'll be announcing a complete program when the Flannery Centre opens in 2012, but here’s a small taster of our offering. You can enrol in these courses right now by contacting the
Skillset Training Team.

For Industry

Skillset is providing Greenskills for industry. This might involve intensive training in writing sustainability plans for your organisation.

Accredited training for all industries can be provided, sometimes with
Government Funding.

New and emerging industries are being supported with new training being provided for the water, waste, engineering, electrotechnology and installation of photo voltaics. A full range of Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Short Courses and Seminars are available to assist you.

Specific training materials have also been written to meet the needs of industry, for example, our
Natural Landscape Function Course is designed for those on the land.

This is a 1-day workshop for land managers which provides an introduction to reading the landscape and observing “ecosystem function”. It aims to deepen understanding of water, plants and the importance of what you do or don’t do to the land.
