New Work Health and Safety laws became effective in NSW on 1 January 2012.

Skillset is offering a second round of FREE one-day training workshops to help organisations operating across Western NSW respond to recent changes in the Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws.

These workshops will expand on the workshops we ran last year on the WHS legislation, and will explore the new Regulations and Codes of Practice.

Here’s just SOME of what will be covered:

  • The requirements for workplaces under the new Regulations
  • What you need to do to manage common and high-risk hazards
  • The implications of these changes for small businesses.

Skillset’s WHS workshops are funded by WorkCover NSW and aim to provide participants with the ability to apply the new laws in their organisation.
